Join Dr. K E Garland and the Jax Tea Collective for a full moon yoga + tea offering in Jacksonville, Florida.
Come ready to:
release burdens (energetic, physical, emotional, psychological)
practice a 60-minute yoga sequence
drink hot tea, blended by local artisans
